How to Make Order?

1) Fill in Order Form below.

2) Please advise the ITEM CODE, SIZE, COLOR and QUANTITY as found on website.

3) Key in the necessary info complete and precisely since this info will be used for confirmation and postage delivery.

4) Do send email to mummyqids@gmail.com for product and postage info inquiry only.

5) You may SMS to 019-3845140 for any inquiries (least preferred).

6) After our confirmation, please deposit the money to MAYBANK2U Account No: 114329141136 - Aida Abu Bakar

7) Alternatively, you can transfer the money using Interbank Giro Transfer from other online banking system such as CIMB Clicks to the above Maybank Account (Kindly check with your bank).

8) You can also do transaction no. 6 from your bank counter.

9) Please email me or sms me once payment made for postage on next business day.

NOTE: Item will be sent out once payment made. We only deliver once payment is made. We do not accept reservation, all transaction is first pay, first serve basis. Buyer to bear the postages cost.

Terms and Conditions :

1) All items are BRAND NEW unless otherwise stated.

2) Prices are NOT negotiatable unless said so.

3) Items are sold at the first pay first serve basis upon payment made. Please fill in order formto make order.

4) All sales are final. Goods are changeable if items has not been shipped out and also subject to stock available.

5) Payment should be made to our MAYBANK as soon as possible after our confirmation via email.

6) Once payment received, items will be sent out on the next business day ("the Delivery Date").

7) Items are estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 working days after the Delivery Date.

8) Goods sold are checked carefully and in GOOD CONDITION. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damage incurred during shipping.

9) The colours of items in the photos may slightly different from the real piece due to the colour resolution when the photos taken.

Delivery Method and Timeframe:

1) Next business days of the week

2) Via Pos Laju:

1-2 pcs : RM6 (WM) or RM8 (EM)

3-4 pcs : RM7 (WS) or RM12 (EM)

5-6 pcs : RM10 (WM) or RM15 (EM)
